*Terms and Conditions:
1: To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% is required for stays of 2 or more nights, with the balance payable on check-in. For a single night stay, the full accommodation charge is required.
2: Check in time is from 2.00pm and check out time by 10.30am.
3: Accommodation is suited to 2 adults only (we are unable to cater for infants, children or pets).
4: Accept visa, mastercard or direct deposit .
5: Facilities and grounds are for paying guests only, sorry no visitors.
6: A minimum 3 night booking applies to Long weekends, Easter and period between Christmas and New Year).
7: Cancellation Policy:
• Refunds of deposit paid (should you cancel, amend or change your booking) within 21 days of arrival, are subject to the accommodation being rebooked.
• Cancellations or amendments to bookings made 21 days or more prior to arrival will incur a booking fee of $55.00.
• No refunds are available for cancellations or amendments after the stay has commenced.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non - transferrable.
• Last minute cancellations or amendments (within 7 days of arrival), the entire stay will be charged.

Travel insurance may assist if you have to make last-minute change of plans.
